If found in your products, defects in craftsmanship and or materials please contact our customer service team at info@ubiqueitaly.com and or return to Ubique Italy PO BOX ROBINA TOWN CENTRE GOLD COAST QLD AUSTRALIA  4230 with your receipt within 12 months of purchase. A replacement may be granted if conditions meet the terms of our warranty. Please refer to our Terms of Use: Warranty and Returns section for more details.

Please note our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear as referred to in terms of use: our returns policy and warranty: mishandling, inappropriate use and accidents. Damages that may have been incurred at airports, please contact relevant personnel at the terminals who will be able to assist with the liabilities which may have occurred.
